Return & Exchange

All merchandise sold by Enthusiast's Choice are covered under our 14-day customer satisfaction policy and our 30-day limited DOA policy from the original invoice date. The following terms and conditions are subjected to our exchange and return policies:

ALL merchandise for return must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Enthusiast's Choice. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small buffer in between for shipping times. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. All shipping fee to Enthusiast's Choice must be prepaid by the customer. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed and if any issues arise in the process customer will be contacted by E-mail or Phone.


ALL returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged or physically altered. Damages and alterations to products include modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, overclocking, etc. There will be no returns for any special order items, No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Headphones, Headsets, Microphones, Televisions, Software, Video Games, Storage Media, or any products marked as "no returns". All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties and customers must contact them directly. None refundable fees are "shipping and handling" and insurance coverage fees.


Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days for a full refund this DO NOT include special orders or merchandise labeled "No Returns". The full refund will be the lesser of the purchase price or current market price of the product minus the insurance, shipping and handling charges.


Opened merchandise WITHOUT the original package materials is not eligible for return. Opened merchandise WITH original package materials may be eligible for return within our 15-day satisfaction policy and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns MUST include all original parts and package materials with an Enthusiast's Choice RMA number, or will not be eligible for return. Enthusiast's Choice also reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.


*All product warranty coverage after 30-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer.*

*If merchandise is DOA (dead-on-arrival), Enthusiast's Choice has the sole discretion of waiving the 15% restocking fee depending on the products condition.*
